Leadership changes enhance and expand technical consulting services

Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC)
announced today a series of
leadership changes for its Professional Services Group (PSG). CDI’s PSG
provides a wide-range of technology consulting expertise across data
center, cloud and DevOps, workforce productivity, ServiceNow, automation
and orchestration, managed cloud services and migration planning.

In order to support recent PSG expansion, the firm has announced several
key promotions, which include the following shifts in responsibility:

Joseph Cerami has transitioned to Vice President, Consulting Services,
where he will oversee all of CDI’s infrastructure services, digital
transformation services and its project management office. He will also
be tasked with driving efficient, high-quality delivery of services and
working with the CDI sales team to ensure that new products and
solutions align with client needs. Previously as AVP, Solutions
Consulting, Joseph was responsible for overseeing all of CDI’s core
service delivery, including private and public cloud delivery,
networking, security, wireless and collaboration services and CDI’s
Advanced Services Group, which includes software-defined architectures,
automation, orchestration, service management and IT operations
management (ITOM).

Tony Daniello will now act as Associate Vice President, Digital
Transformation Services. Over his 20-year career at CDI, Tony has held
various positions including Director of Infrastructure Services and
Practice Manager, Storage Solutions. In his new role, Tony will be
responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow, Automation and Orchestration,
Public Cloud and Business Process consulting teams, where he will work
to streamline scoping, pricing, and delivery processes. Tony will
continue to work closely with the delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure
CDI continues to deliver the highest quality services to its customers.

Dev Kewalramani has been promoted to Associate Vice President of CDI’s
newly formed Customer Experience department. In this capacity, he will
be driving the firm’s commitment to creating value and maximizing return
on investment for customers by understanding and aligning to their
desired business outcomes. Prior to his most recent appointment, Dev
served as the Director of Project Management and Global Client Services
for CDI, where he was responsible for the global service delivery across
our professional services and managed services portfolio’s. In this
position, he also served as pre-sales for professional services, program
executive and client advocate.
